Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

 

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The item is damaged

    • The wrong item was delivered

    • The item is defective or different from the description

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Products that have been worn or used

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Process

 

  • Email us at velourashine@gmail.com with your order number and issue description

  • Attach clear photos of the item if damaged or incorrect

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or request you to ship it back

4. Refunds

 

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • In case of prepaid orders, Razorpay charges may be deducted

5. Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are offered for the same item if it arrives damaged

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery

6. Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has been processed
