1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

Items returned without original packaging or invoice
3. Return Process

Attach clear photos of the item if damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or request you to ship it back
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

In case of prepaid orders, Razorpay charges may be deducted
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same item if it arrives damaged

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has been processed
